Definitely a budget motel restaurant open 11am very much highway noise few amenities instant coffee for one night when booked 3 nights very few electric outlets air conditioners plugged into power strip was a central location for where we wanted to go.

Stayed in suite 317, best view of the ocean and the kids enjoyed watching the cars drive by. A decent suite for the price, close to Harbourfront walkway, walkable to the city center but also excellent access via car. Staff allowed us early check in around 2:30 for $20 cost.

Staff was good , room a little tired looking. One things bathroom needs screen on window . If you had windows open bugs came in. Bathroom sink didn’t drain very well . Drain more likely Needed to be cleaned out

It felt like staying in a welfare house. There were alcoholics living in the rooms next to ours. The property was disgusting. The furniture was disgusting. There weren’t even towels in the room had to ask for them were given stained towels, however, not the Korean restaurant attached to the hotel was spectacular. I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all.

Booked a room for 2 adults and only received 1 washcloth and 1 towel. Basic, updated on a budget rooms, property landscaping gives a rough street appeal. Overall it's a cheap, reasonably clean accommodation.

It was a convenient location for us. The price was very reasonable. The bathtub was a nice deep soaker kind of tub.There is a great Korean restaurant attached to the front desk area. It was amazing, must try!! We stayed here for three nights

The room was reasonably clean, the staff were friendly, parking was good. We will not return for 2 reasons: the traffic noise from the road was extremely loud; 2)There appeared to be what looked like unhoused people having the post-drug consumption munchies right on the walkway that led to our entrance. Having our little boy with us this felt intimidating.

Our room number 204 was rough. No garbage can. Curtain rod coming out of the wall. No electrical or light covers. Paint splatters all over the floor and trim. No headboards on the beds. Parking block had a large spike sticking up that ruined the undercarriage of my car. Bed was comfy and water was hot. Just keep your expectations low and this might fit the bill for you.

Old, poor condition. Very hot in the room even with 2 floor fans. Fridge didn't work. Bedside lamp didn't work. Chair in front of TV almost broke through when I sT in it. ..... The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful, band the front desk people were nice. The room was as I expected for the low price. I would stay there again as a last choice as it's close to BC Ferries.
