I always give this resort 5 stars. Great place for a family to go. Lots to do and you have a chance to meet lots of other families with kids. If you are social and have kids that like to make new friends this is the place for you. Definitely worth a visit!

The staff is always really great, we had to extend and they were super helpful. The room was beautiful, we stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was huge. They are pet friendly. The room was super clean, one of our favorite places to stay.

The room we stayed in was clean and upgraded, nice to have a patio with a bbq. The place is very dog friendly and had great amenities, like a pool with a slide, mini golf and a store with anything you could need. The location is close to beaches and is very quiet at night. The staff is extremely friendly and very polite, if you need anything they are always available. Would definitely stay again and probably for a longer time.

The resort is very nice. Enjoyed our stay. What I didn't like was that I was charged so much more booking with Expedia then if I had called the resort directly. It was substantially more and I will not use Expedia again

Great location. Short walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious. Our king size bed room smelled of smoke...bery strong smell. If they bleached the fan in the bathroom that would help but other than that clean and had a good time.

Great value especially in the off season. Cabin was spacious and had a full kitchen with table and chairs which was super convenient. Beds were comfy but we found lots of little hairs in the sheets (looked like cat fur... love that it's pet-friendly but that requires extra cleaning!) Loved that there was a nice little patio with bbq and chair and a grassy area to play and have a fire (each cabin has a fire pit). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was older and showed some wear, most concerning was an active and highly-populated wasp's nest in the soffit above the door to the room which was not attended to, despite reporting it - one staff member said no maintenance staff are on site - commenting that he thought that wasn't good, as there were also wasp nests identified by hand-written signs, "Angry wasps" . . . The other concern is that only 3 electrical outlets were accessible, and only the bottom receptacle worked in each of them. No GFI outlet in the bathroom, so the hair dryer had to be plugged in behind the TV, about 5.5 feet high. The freezer compartment of the fridge was not functioning properly, and water dripped down the back wall of the fridge that needed to be wiped out a few times, as it collected in the bottom of the fridge. There is only a cooktop and a microwave. There were only 2 folding lawn chairs on the patio, both in poor condition. The playground equipment is outdated - wood structures with the usual slivers and poor design that caused another family's child to whack her head off a 2x4 that knocked her off her feet and straight back onto her butt. The pool was pushed to the limit on the Saturday with birthday party groups, so the water was green and littered with leaves and insects, and a slime of greasy film on the pool edges by about 2:00 pm. Overall, it's just an older resort that is trying to do its best for families on a budget. Kids don't really notice these things, so all smiles.

Tidy, recently Reno-ed, lots of fun family things to do. Having a kitchenette was great and saved us a lot of trouble for meals etc. Only real downside was it was noisy beside the parking lot with trucks pulling in at night (loud engines). Staff were friendly and helpful. Wished I would have known that the rates were lower and this site charges a 50$ fee to support the eir business. Kids had so much. Location excellent. Staff went on and beyond. Only thing was the fans in room were not cild enough lol. But hey it has been hot out. And i thought i read airconditioners. But over all we loved it. And yes we are booking in the next month for next year. Thank you you guys.

The room was renovated and was nice. The courtyard was completely unacceptable renovation are still on going and the courtyard was littered with old appliances spread randomly. There was building materials lying around. There was new appliances on 2x4 runners which where a tripping hazard. We had to gather and clean the patio furniture. There was pressure washing going all day every day through the weekend and past business hours. I specifically asked if there was a pull out bed and there was no it was a standard couch.

So nice to have a spot we could do laundry mid-camping vacation and wait out some rain. The kitchen was great, the room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.
