Nothing fancy but it's all you need for a short stay. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, staff were very friendly. We appreciated our individual seating area outside our room and the complimentary mini golf was a great perk! Convenient and walkable location, just up from the beach. The Tides Inn is a great place especially if you are in need of not friendly accommodations. It’s clean, kept up and is close to the beach. You can use the BBQ and there a lovely seating area on one side and a beach volleyball court on the other. Mini golf is always fun and it’s free. I would recommend this motel to anyone visiting the island or even to locals.

The property is dated and somewhat run down. There was orange gunk growing in the washroom. The mattresses are lumpy and thin. Think "$99 WalMart special". I have rarely been less comfortable at a hotel. The mini golf next door plays loud music all day and until after 10PM on Friday and Saturday. There are not enough outlets in the room. Check in and out were smooth.
