We had a 1 bedroom suite with a mini kitchen which was nice for us. It is an older motel but was clean and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

This facility was surprisingly quite given it's proximity to a busy hiway. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay for a night or two.

The lady at the front end office was very nice and accomodating. I was traveling with my sister and my 3 year old nephew. Whe had planned to stay for a few nights. Upon arrival their boiler blew and therefore was no hot water. We were told we can stay the night for free and she gave us a full refund I didn't expact her to do that but I apprecaited it very much! Will definity stay there again when we come to vancouver island. Very clean, comfortable beds and well worth the price.

The location is excellent, and the suite size was adequate for our stay. The receptionist wasn't rude, but I didn't find the welcome to be particularly warm or friendly. There was also no body wash provided in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. That said, considering the price we paid, it was still good value for the money. Overall, we had a decent stay, and for a budget-friendly option in a great location,

Location was close to where we needed to be for event. Massive confusion with our reservation but staff member took the time to figure things out. Rooms are ok. Flooring and beds were updated but walls need to be painted. Updated furniture would make the rooms more appealing. Old mixed with new look……old stood out.

The suite that was shown in the pictures had very limited availability and we were given an old not renovated suite that was dirty and smelled. Luckily the staff were good enough to put us in two non Suite rooms that were ok to accommodate the 5 of us. I do not recommend this property if you are looking to get the kitchen suite as I understand the owner keeps that room for themselves…. False advertising
