Vacations Close To Xcacel Beach

First off, the name of the property is not visible so it was hard to find the place. The room was not in good condition. There were little insects on the bed, in the furniture, on the walls, and in the bathroom sink area. The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced it looks pretty old and dirty. The shower did not work! there was no water pressure. The air condition was making a lot of noise (imposible to sleep). There was stains of who knows what on almost every wall. We sent pictures to the person who host the property and requested a refund. No response was received. We had to move to a different place anyway. Room 3510 definitely is not recommended.

The food and cleanliness were legitimately awful. A half finished drink in our “VIP” room, skid marks on the bathroom toilet seat in our room, cockroach dead by the elevator, and had to grab 5 plates from the buffet line to get a clean one. One plate had a hair on it. The door was the worst I’ve had in Mexico. And I’ve spent nearly a month there across 3 trips this year. The staff was kind at the front desk. The outdoor staff were nice enough. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. I cannot believe this outranks Seadust and Haven! Not even close.
