Vacations Close To Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve

The fact that the floor was always humid regardless of using A/C or not, also the pressure of getting the membership was hard to pass.

Great food, clean place, perfect for families! Cant wait to come back next year

Great food and family-friendly service, but the rooms don't match the 5-star label. Pros - Restaurants were the highlight: Davino (our favorite — we went back a second time our last day), Zamá (food excellent), Legends (excellent food and service), La Casona (food great, service a bit clumsy). Caprichos breakfast had the usual buffet spread with good service. Bite Bar lunches were convenient by the pool and jacuzzi. - Check-in was quick, and our rooms were ready two hours before the regular time — much appreciated. - Staff were friendly and the atmosphere is genuinely family-friendly. Cons - Room quality: on Oct 3 we had to change two of our three rooms — one had a 3 foot ceiling leak dripping onto the bed (woke us at 6 AM), the other had no hot water and barely a trickle of pressure. Replacement rooms promised at 11 AM were pushed to 12:30 PM. - The HVAC at Caprichos leaked from the ceiling every single day — you had to pick your seat carefully or get drips in your food. - WiFi was awful: slow, frequent disconnections, often no internet while still "connected." - Despite being all-inclusive, we had to sign a check with every order, which made each transaction feel awkward and forced. - Beach was full of seaweed despite daily clearing — not really their fault. - Caprichos buffet had no desserts, which you'd expect at a resort.

La verdad muy recomendado es lindo, moderno , limpio , el servicio espectacular , la comida y bebidas en el todo incluido excelente … pero lo que más nos impactó el servicio y la atención del personal de otro mundo

Clen

We got an ocean view and it was seaweed season so yes there was an unpleasant smell from the balcony. However, it wasn’t enough to bother us. Plenty of pool and food options. Courteous staff. I liked the ability to visit all 3 resorts.
