Love this property for the location, the security, the room itself, the views, the rooftop pool, and the helpfulness of the concierge.

Entertainment is top notch, hotel staff is super friendly. I loved everything about this resort except the food. They are very limited on the hours and if you dont get a reservation at a restaurant, which gets booked quickly, then you will have to eat their general buffet, which is not very good. since it was just my husband and I, we will book the RUI adult only next time.

Angel at the Cortes restaurant was super nice he went the extra mile for us, very knowledgeable about how to treat people, the only reason I didn’t gave 5 to the resort is because the reception was very disorganized and people were waiting in line not knowing where to go.also the food at the food court some of them were cold and coffee was not good for my experience..

The service from the staff, culinary experience, and modern amenities makes Garza Blanca Sanctuary one of a kind! Our family had a wonderful experience and we’ll be back!

Great romantic or family trip. We have gone with family groups for HS graduations and had a blast. Private beach, infinity adult pool, and a swim up bar in main pool. All inclusive with a variety of restaurants for dinner. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great. Rooms are clean and really nice. And all staff very helpful. Highly recommend

Great food. I don't like rooms in just opened new building. Old half much better rooms and bigger balconies.

Love my stay was on June 2026 celebrating birthday. Staff at pool bar i loved Fercho and Ruben best bar tenders they know how to make the drinks and personality was amazing 👏. Hotel very beautiful... only thing they need to have more bathrooms on area pool or theater. Food amazing and steak house best ever. Staff is super amazing welcoming all time. Rooms clean and ladies did great job with sheets and cleanness on room. Adults only reaccomned party zone young adults wants to party....
