It’s our first time in Cancun in general. And they made our stay special, I planned it in less than a week due conflict scheduling. And they went above and beyond. My booking is easy our flight arrived early and they let us checked in 3 hours before our check in time. And from the moment we checked in our adventure begins from front desk, to waiters and waitresses they are all willing to help and amazing. We will definitely be back and recommend this place. Amazing experience!!!!

Nosotros estuvimos 4 noches .
El servicio del personal excelente todo el tiempo ofreciendo bebidas, alimentos, invitando a los eventos del hotel, muy amables con una sonrisa y agradecimiento que estuvieramos ahí.
Limpian las habitaciones todos los días.
Los alimentos y bebidas buena calidad y cantidad.
Nunca les dije que era cumpleaños de mi esposo y ellos lo sorprendieron con globos, postres, champán y una tarjeta de saludo.
Un gran detalle!
Vamos a regresar!
