Amazing resort! Everything was beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food and drinks were great, and there was always something to enjoy. The service definitely made the experience even better. Fantastic stay! The hotel was Beautiful and the staff around the resort were always friendly and helpful. Both Itzel and Nataly were wonderful and helped us with all our needs! We got engaged on our trip and the hotel made us feel very loved and special helping us celebrate this occasion!!! This hotel will forever hold a place in our hearts with its lovely food at the grotto and breakfast at the jasmine restaurant! All of the pools were wonderful as well as plenty of places to lay out and sunbath or leave bags! Drinks were fantastic and staff always made sure you were topped up! The beach club was also lovely and quiet with great pools also! Would highly recommend

Room was clean . Staff was nice wasn’t a fan of the room service breakfast but the jasmine restaurant they have was amazing !!!! The preferred club grotto restaurant was great the beach club was fun. Be sure to leave the resort go explore. Don’t rent a car. Cabs are pricey but who cares your in tulum

The property is gorgeous!! Had the swim up suite which was perfect! The bartenders were great, everyone was extremely helpful, the ONLY downside was the food. Food was a 6/10 at best. We were asking for authentic Mexican food and they recommended La taqueria… it didn’t give what they thought it gave. Then we went to downtown and the restaurants were what we were looking for. Definitely go to the speciality restaurants on site though. Oh, and they are a time share resort, but the team was not as pushy as I’ve seen other places. So great place, would highly recommend, just explore downtown for good food and come prepared with mosquito repellant.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bars were easily accessible. They have many different pools depending on what your vibe is. The only issue we ran into was on our first two days the food was subpar, not sure it is was just an off day however, after that all the food was amazing. Had an amazing stay at Secrets Tulum! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with a unique jungle/beach inspired design and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was 3/5, and the beach club was a great addition to the experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made for a perfect getaway. I would definitely recommend Secrets Tulum and would love to return in the future!

We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!
