I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I made a reservation and arrived at around 10:00 p.m., only to find that there was no one there to check me in. When I called the hotel, the person who answered simply told me that I could not stay, that I should find another place to sleep, and that I needed to contact Orbitz to request a refund. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no effort to offer a solution. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the call. The property is also very difficult to find. It’s in a hard-to-reach location with little or no signage, making it unnecessarily frustrating to get there, especially at night. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope management improves both its customer service and its check-in process so other guests don’t have to go through what I experienced.

Everything was perfect , first in the concierge Maria and Miguel was very nice and helpful with a smill on , the food very good , the staff at the restaurant polite and the service good . The driver for the charter very good and helpful

Nice place to RELAX and have some quiet time. Altagracia was my favorite because she was very friendly at all times. Un lugar muy tranquilo y son muy amables. Altagracia fue muy amable y el señor que atiende cuando uno llega. La comida puede ser un poquito mejor pero quedé contento con el trato que me brindaron.

Very loud music from the club that’s part of the hotel until 4:00am. It was also not in a desirable part of the city. The tub spa in the room didn’t work. I’m so glad I only stayed one night. I even considered paying for another hotel and losing my money to feel safe and comfortable.
