We had a lovely three-bedroom apartment, and each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was a huge plus. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our group. Having access to three different water parks made the experience even more amazing. There was always something fun to do for everyone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay—10 out of 10! The place was good. I will go back but i like to point out a few things. They do NOT provide shuttle service from and to Airport in Puerto Plata as it says on this platform. They don't have the “eat as you stay deal” if you book with other platform unless is directly with them. Last but not least there was a lady that welcome with a very sarcasm comment about our bags and unfriendly attitude as my family and I just arrived at reception. After she said her comment thank goodness another lady helped us, she was very polite and also the one that gave us the tour of the place. Please to my understanding the everyone at reception area should always greet anyone a proper way and use your words wisely.

Absolutely stunning resort pools and really great staff. I will say, yes it’s a big resort so it’s a bit confusing when you get there and the reception is quite a drive from the Club. The pictures you see of the main pool with the waterfalls is the club, not the main resort. However, it’s takes longer to drive and the walk was only less than 10 minutes. We actually preferred the restaurant Maria with the pool down the road as it was quieter. We would 100% go back though.

It has access to tennis’s courts, various pools with slides and great food. But property is very large and you need a car to get from bubble to restaurants. Did a lot of room service as I did not have a car.

Be careful they said they had a promotion for the bubble rentals that included food. Once I got there in person, they denied it. I spoke to several people and no one would help. The venue blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the venue. Still working with Expedia to see if they can help with issue, but I am just told it was sent to support and I didn’t hear back. Also it’s best to have your own car, they have limited shuttle support and we had to walk a lot and far. The staff was very friendly and helpful and food was good. This was my second time staying here. But the management lost my trust. Also they will not take American Express credit card at the venue.

I made a reservation for three dome accommodations. The pools were beautiful, and the food at Maria was reasonably priced. We were asked to sign a document regarding noise policies because we were told this was intended to be a very quiet and relaxing area. I specifically chose the domes because my children wanted the experience, and the domes themselves were very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the issue occurred at night. There was no staff available at the reception There was no staff available at the reception area, and next to our dome there was a tennis court with a bar where loud music was played late into the night. We were never provided with a security contact number, so we had no way to communicate with anyone for assistance. Additionally, the reception staff informed us that there were other domes located in a much quieter area of the property, and they did not understand why we had been assigned to this section, where noise from nearby construction and passing vehicles from the road could clearly be heard. The only response we received was that they would inform management. They offered a late check-out, but since our flight was leaving early, that option was not useful for us. Unfortunately, there was no real effort made to acknowledge the inconvenience or offer any type of credit or resolution beyond a simple apology.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was exceptionally nice. We had our own private pool which was cleaned by the staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, like organizing a golf cart and taxis for us. Highly recommend!
