I absolutely loved this resort and will definitely be coming back. There were so many pools and jacuzzis to choose from, which made it easy to relax without feeling crowded. The views were stunning, and the beach was just a short walk down a few stairs with a large, beautiful area to enjoy. The drinks were great—especially the Banana Mama, which was my favorite. The buffet offered a wide variety of options. While it didn’t always have typical “everyday” foods, everything I tried was flavorful, so if you’re open to different dishes, you’ll enjoy it. I also tried the El Paso restaurant, and the food there was excellent—very well cooked and satisfying. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Our VIP Room was comfortable and spacious! The swim up room was a special treat. Our housekeeping staff was wonderful. The Spa was relaxing and professional. Rosa and Andres were fantastic and very professional. The wait staff in the main dining area were attentive and helpful while the wait staff in the VIP dining were nice but could benefit from some additional training. I loved this hotel since we arrived, the young man who attended us to check in was very nice, he accommodated us and gave us a unique service. The one who took us to the room didn't help enough with all the information, very nice and clear. Customer service 10/10 the Best of the best 👏👏. They gave us a massage at the spa and Jordan and Carla were very kind and the Massage was perfect 👌.
