Absolutely loved this resort! It’s a smaller resort, but that’s actually what makes it feel so welcoming and family friendly. The staff was amazing, super nice, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Well we have stayed at this property many times and this is hands down the best stay ever. Celebrated a 5 year olds birthday here and the staff was so accommodating. Great service in all restaurants. Check in was so smooth, room was ready. Great pool side show one night and another great one in the theater the following night. We plan on coming back in October for my wife’s birthday.

The day I checked in the pool went closed for repairs, it is still closed. They provide the small pool of the next hotel. The repairs of the pool are very badly done. Once done it will bevgreat I am eure. Tha animation group was bad, very vad. It is unnecessary. The place is so good, nature, hotel, staff, food.. the animation group was noisy but inefficient. Not really taking care of guest, taking xare of themselves. So bad.

We arrived and as we where getting comfortable in our room the maid walks in without knocking find me and my wife on ligeries. No apologies she just drop a water bottle and left. I call the from desk to tell them about the bizarre situation they didn’t even said sorry just oh we would write a report . The door key was another issue it got deactivated because by mistake we put it close to the phone so we went to front desk and christin or Cristina I can’t clear know her name was very rude and blame us for the card erase. I also her a bartender talking bad about a hotel guest and saying that. He was gonna leave the guy waiting on line. Because the guy don’t tip. He said it in Spanish and I am a native Spanish speaker. Overall place has a nice beach nice pool everything else seen so unorganized and rude

The room we had didn’t have a working phone or safe. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower wouldn’t drain properly. The food was excellent and the entertainment stafff was excellent. They had activities all day and a nice show at night. They were lovely. The pool was right beside the beach. Such a beautiful view. Love the ocean.

We had a great time at the resort. The staff and entertainment were amazingly kind and attentive. Lots of food choices every day. We knew we were not renting a 5 ⭐️ resort and for the money this was absolutely worth it. Great location on the beach.
