“First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.”

“Feel like the pictures and description did not meet expectations or match the property. This property is more of a bedsit with shared kitchen and living area. The room is big enough for a double bed and enough room to walk round it. The bathroom was ok, unfortunately the shower head was leaking and the power in the shower fluctuates, possibly when another person runs water in the property. We only got one bath towel for an adult and child, not even a hand towel. Not sure where the city view was...

“Avoid this place. It is a room. Not an apartment. Rubbish piled up in the front and rear gardens. There are rats. Bathroom is shared, and is tiny, cannot swing a cat in it, but at least a cat would help with the rats. Kitchen is below bare minimum. 2 cups, 3 plates. Walls are thin, doors don’t work properly, but eventually lock with enough strength. The feel of the property is like it once housed squatters, and it feels like they will be back soon. Was due to stay for 2 nights, I didn’t/...

“Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best.”
