Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent and couldn’t fault it. Check-in was spot on—friendly, genuine, and brilliant with our kids (colouring pack + cookies went down a treat). Room was spacious with sofa beds already set up, which made life easy straight away. Breakfast was excellent—loads of choice and constantly topped up. Just book ahead as it gets busy. Great for families. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast selection was good but things that should have been kept warm were cold, the lamps that were supposed to keep the food warm must have been turned down too low meaning the food was cold, it could be a one off but need to ensure the food is hotter in future.
