Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Stoke on Trent

“Correcto hotel , parking.”

Yo no repito”

“Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen.”

“Hotel correcto”

“Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book.”

“ Got to the hotel and the grounds were strewn with rubbish. We couldn't access the hotel and could not find any staff. All the lights were off and all the doors were locked and it looked abandoned. We tried for half an hour to gain access and kept ringing the provided phone number but no one answered. Another two guests were in the same situation and eventually we all had to leave and find alternative accommodation! Now Im being told that the manager wont provide authorisation for a refund!...
