Room was basic, shower water pressure very low, lighting in room not great, Breakfast - staff were doing a great job but were rushed off there feet, very busy and could not cope with demand on some food items like croissants, fruit, hash browns, sausages etc.. Front staff were great .. very helpful.. the main problem was limited food to eat and breakfast they ran out of eggs. We were not late into breakfast and felt they were not set up for a busy Saturday night as hotel was very busy. Great location for Stoke city football club.
