Southeastern Idaho Vacation Packages for 2026

We have a problem with the key card lock, as it locks us out 3 days out of 4 nights! We are guests of 3, staying in 2 bedrooms, and both rooms have the same problem. I think they need to update the key card system.

Loved the location and style

The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us. They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

Great staff and great location!
