Downtown Victor Vacation Packages for 2026

The property is okay, and the location is good. The staff was friendly and genuinely tried to be helpful during our stay. My biggest complaint was the lack of blackout curtains. If you have trouble sleeping in a bright room, definitely ask ahead of time for a room with blackout curtains. We were told they currently only have three rooms with them. The staff did try to help by putting something over the window to reduce the sunlight, which didn’t help much but I appreciate them trying. The bathroom shower is very small and could have been cleaned better. When I mentioned it, the staff promptly replaced the dirty shower curtain, so I do give them credit for addressing the issue. Everything else in the room was clean. The mattress is also very firm, so if you’re not used to a firm mattress, you may have a difficult time sleeping. Noise from other guests can also be an issue, especially if you’re a light sleeper, although that’s not necessarily something the property can fully control. Overall, the space was good, and I believe they are working on improving some of these issues. The staff’s willingness to help definitely made a difference.

Loved the location and style

The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us. They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.

Great staff and great location!

Very clean! Whoever manages this property does an excellent job! The front desk staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The pool/ hot tub area was to die for! Will definitely recommend!!
