Staff is amazing; they’re so dog friendly and welcome having them stay as well haha! The staff went above and beyond accommodating us and when we requests an extra night they got us booked and transferred our bags to the new room while we were out hiking!! Gravity Haus will be the only we place we stay at when we comeback to Jackson Hole!!

This hotel was great. The beds were super comfy and the location was also great. For food I highly recommend going to the Osteria which is located in the adjacent hotel. Their food was out of this world and the service as well.

This hotel is WAAAAY overpriced. Room was nice once we changed from the initial one we were given. Thanks to Maryann for finding us a better option away from the noisy pool area. Restaurant was supposed to open for breakfast at 7am but we were told the workers didn’t show up on time so opening would be delayed. Teton Village overall was OK. The tram ride was nice.

The front desk personnel are great. Housekeeping was great. However, my TV remote didn’t work. A bedside outlet didn’t work, both were reported and fixed. Bathroom vanity is too small along with the toilet. I’m not a big person. 180lbs. The bathroom door was difficult to close and open. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed in my room.

Our family of four traveled from the East Coast for our first trip to Jackson Hole, and Gravity Haus exceeded every expectation. Located right in Teton Village, the location is unbeatable for both hikers and skiers. The customer service here is unmatched. As Disney regulars, that is our gold standard, and Grant and his team hit the mark perfectly. Grant went above and beyond, offering tailored hiking and dining recommendations that made our trip seamless. The amenities are fantastic… our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub after long hikes, and the gym is well-equipped (half rack, BB, DBs, ski erg, rower and a treadmkill). To top it all off, Grant’s dog, Bailey, was the ultimate welcoming committee, greeting us after a long day on the trails. Highly recommend Gravity Haus for an amazing family getaway!
