This was a very nice and quiet place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple.

This place is pretty run down. There was a one inch gap beneath the door from the inside hallway. The only thing covering up the old musty smell is that of cigarette smoke. It permeates through the entire building. Very strong in the room. So if you’re sensitive to that smell, this is not your place. There was a plate of old leftover food in bathroom area. That was pretty disgusting. The toilet had a leak, which makes it run all night long unless you turn the water off. And it doesn’t build enough pressure to actually flush the toilet. I mentioned this to the gal at the desk when I left so hopefully they will fix that before renting out the room again. The building itself is not secure. There’s the typical sign outside that says must have room key to enter, but then the entire bolt mechanism that would lock is missing. Would not recommend.
