We had the suite and it was comfortable- two queens and a sofa bed. Bathroom area was sufficient. Breakfast was very good with hot options (eggs, sausage, fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy). Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you want to walk along the beautiful falls.

Staff was great and very welcoming. Loved the room space and layout. Room was clean. Elevators were a little sketchy for 8th floor but might be a personal thing. Overall I loved the stay and view. Being next to the river was great too. Bunch of food close around.

This is an old property that had a recent cosmetic facelift. The front desk staff was nice and helpful, however, the breakfast provided was horrible. I’ve never seen an attempt at prefab fried eggs done so poorly and the sausage was very artificial in texture and taste. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it for anyone else.

The location is excellent with view of the falls. The room is nicely remodeled. I stayed 4 nights and received almost no housekeeping services. I understand that the linens are only refreshed every 3 days, which is fine, but otherwise the room wasn't vacuumed or cleaned at all. I had to ask to get more coffee pods, toilet paper, soap and I had to take out my own trash. I think those things should be checked daily even if the linens aren't refreshed.

We relocated to this hotel after our original booking fell through due to the hotel being under construction for renovations. The staff at the Comfort Inn and Suites were extremely helpful and professional. The staff ensured we had a room looking directly over the Snake River Falls below. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good. We would recommend this hotel.
