So no confusion, this hotel is an old quality inn and the sign was not removed yet. The location is perfect, lounge / front desk seems to be under construction (old). Room was very clean and as pictures on the website. Breakfast is ok but the front desk help was very out standing. They were very helpful and cordial. Great people make ok stay better.

This is my absolute favorite hotel to stay at. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. I love the view of the river and falls and the balconies are perfect for my morning coffee and the rates can't be beat!

Not very clean. There was a leak in the roof that ran through the wiring in a light. They should have at least turned off the electricity to the water leak area and had it addressed. Only had a garbage can there. The view was beautiful but the patios were really dirty. Staff was nice. Funky smell in the hallway.
