Our stay was great, the employees were very helpful and kind. We did have a problem in the room. There was a make shift sliding door for the bathroom, so no privacy at all. The door also kept falling off the roller bar and fall against the wall. Quite hard to put back on and very annoying. Other than that our stay was very good.

This hotel is very run down and old. Everything needs repair and replacement: the room, the furnishings and the amenities. No elevator. The hot tub had rat poop around it. The water stunk. The pool water was murky and cold. The breakfast ends way too early to be useful. The whole place is gross. The only positive is the staff members who were pleasant and apologetic. I will not stay here ever again.

Very affordable and nice room albeit a little outdated, specifically the bathroom, but the staff were friendly, the lobby was spacious and nicely furnished, the pool was enjoyable (we were allowed to use it past 10pm), and there was plenty of parking. The breakfast itself was not the best, I would suggest adding more appetizing options but overall a solid place to stay.

Worst hotel on a 7 night trip, would not stay here again. Bed was horrible (some packing skids and a foam would have been better), tub was dirty and all scratched up with an attempted paint job instead of reglazing. Room was clean overall. The hotel had a nice lobby but rooms were terrible. Hallways were dirty. Hot tub and pool were closed. In a great location but desperately needs room renovations.

The check in staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was decent enough for a short stay. Poorly maintained but it appears they’re trying to make it better. I wouldn’t stay there again if there were any other options. Additionally, most of the area is run down so it isn’t just this specific location.

This property is bordered by the snake river...bike riders petal by enjoying, lovely. However, it is an older property but painted up. The breakfast had no bacon or sausage. No fresh fruit. Also they are all separate buildings. No bagels either. The tables need to be cleaned after patrons leave.

Location is excellent but hotel needs better staffing and some work. Room was shabby and floor dirty with no carpet. Felt like a hospital room. Short staffed and felt bad for the front desk guy for checking people out and making breakfast at the same time. Hot tub was not hot and dirty. It actually bleached our swimming suits and we still smell like chlorine after showering twice. Breakfast not stocked even at 7:30 but the waffles were good (that was the highlight).

The staff was amazing and helpful. The room was a poor excuse for a remodel. There was a big hole in the wall, where the pipe comes out for the showerhead. It was moving all over the valve was very hard to turn and rusty not a very good appearance at all the first room the air conditioner didn’t work at all, but I will say the staff more than made up for they were very helpful. Changed my room immediately really helpful. They just need to spend a little bit of money and make it more presentable and so that you do wanna stay there the room had like a musty smell.

The room was clean, the staff helpful. The bed was crummy, didn't sleep well. I booked their for the pool and hot tub. Neither one worked. The clerk promised me $20 off the room because it didn't have the features why I booked. In the end I got nothing. Paid extra, and didn't get what I paid for. Will never stay their again

Had a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy with courteous staff. Parking was very adequate and security was sound. Rooms were extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were to oustanding. Checkout was painless. This will be my hotel of choice for future visits to Idaho Falls.

It seemed like they were very understaffed and checking in took a long time because there was only 1 person at the front desk and a long line. Holes in the walls, no shampoo in bathroom, furniture and decor was old and beat up and limited number of towels.

It’s unfortunate that the property is woefully neglected. The room was clean, but really run down. Outdoor locks were broken making it difficult to get to our room. Breakfast was great. They did provide a “real” breakfast. Eggs, sausage (best I have had in forever) waffles, muffins. and all the usuals.
