Our room was a king bed, very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The room and hotel and grounds were clean and kept up. The staff were friendly. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel. The indoor swimming pool area is very nice. We got a great price for the room.

The check in attendant was super helpful and professional! The breakfast manager on sunday was the nicest and most professional even when dealing with a bus full of people and rude tour guide. Pool was nice and rooms were very clean and prepared. Will stay here again!

The staff is amazing and the pool The kids loved. But this is the first year that our room we found was a little disappointing. The wall where there’s a shelf in the bathroom was broken. Like the drywall was wet in the shelf was too heavy for the drywallto hold it up. I had a pocket door to the bathroom,which had mold, and for some reason we replaced in the bathroom for people with needs so there was no tub which made it hard for me to shower My kids. We have stayed here many times over years and never had issues. Hopefully it was just one time thing.

Overall nice hotel. Good location right off the highway. Clean room. Check in did take a little bit longer than usual to no fault of the front desk there was just an influx of check ins due to events happening in the area would definitely stay here again.

We were checked in by a young lady who had 4 or 5 facial piercings. She spoke so quickly and quietly that we had to ask her to repeat herself several times, yet didn't get proper directions. The bed and bedding were fine. The towels were worn out, thin and scratchy. The refrigerator in our room did not work. The walls are thin. Breakfast offerings were just so-so. We were very disappointed. I thought Red Lion was a better hotel but Comfort Inn has them beaten hands down. It appears that the hotel relies on convention business. However: There were children really enjoying the pool and the air conditioning worked well. And the lady taking care of the breakfast room was very nice and efficient.
