Snow Hill Vacations

I enjoyed my stay. I had a few bugs in my room. I notified the front desk and they sprayed the room. My key decided to stop working; they had to replace the card twice but then changed the batteries to the box inside the door issue resolved. My friend’s room had a leak from the ceiling; maintenance fixed the issue. Despite those things the Hotel is beautiful and staff very nice.

Todo fue excelente

I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!
