Property was lovely and peaceful. Staff were nice. Breakfast was great. Had little complaints about the property. One problem was the a/c. The a/c was placement for the room was not great and caused the room not be as cool. And when u leave the room , the a/c would turn due to needing the key card so when u get back inside it would be hot. Floors need to be repainted too. Other wise Everything was great. Gave exactly what i wanted

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter. Rooms could use proper closets. Nice pool area but pool level was low due to drought which is understandable, however the pool was not clean. There are too many uneven surfaces and steps for older adults. It’s not handicap friendly. Food in the restaurant is quite good, however coffee should be available earlier than 8:00am. Would suggest a coffee station set up for guests for early risers. Staff is very friendly and the lady at the check in desk was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel (ie no loud blaring music) and no TV!

My stay at Cliffhanger was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The property was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and even better than I expected. The views were breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy my time away. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. I especially loved how private and relaxing the property felt—it truly gave that home-away-from-home feeling while still making the stay feel special and luxurious. The hospitality was excellent, and I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Cliffhanger definitely left a lasting impression on me, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable getaway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 experience! The stay was amazing. The views from the room, the sound of waves crashing at night was so refreshing. The quiet of the property really allows for reset, relaxation and reconnection that a hotel can’t provide. The staff were helpful and respectful at all times, zero complaints. Nitpicking - I wished there were more options for tea/refreshment with breakfast. The options were only coffee/ iced tea. I think orange juice and hot chocolate/milo as options would have been appreciated. They do sell a cup of orange juice however. They also need to make it clear the times for dinner all nights, I went to dinner the Sunday at the time I was told the previous day but the chefs were all gone and it was at that point I was told dinner ends earlier on Sundays. I had to leave and drive a half hour away to get food as most places were already closed which was surprising as it was still pretty earlier on a Sunday.

Sea cliff's property was beautiful and my partner and I have an amazing time on the quiet property. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping came every morning. We do wish the air conditioner was more efficient and cooled the entire room, it only cooled one side. The lunch/dinner was great, it was a little expensive than usual. Free breakfast is included and that was a big plus. The staff was super attentive to our needs and super respectful.
