All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

When we checked in - we didn’t get any information except to download the RIU App. No map of the hotel until I asked 3 days later. Didn’t inform us that there was not an elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. No information about activities at the hotel. Only found there was an information Kiosk 3 days later- after asking. Staff ate Sports Bar upstairs was very rude when we asked for something to drink. Just through our drinks to us. The Spa service was not professional- my pedicure was terrible. I asked to reimbursed for the service. Then we cancelled our couples massage because they quoted 1 price for the pedicure then
Upgraded to another service that was not quoted. Staff was very rude when went RIU Palace. I will not return. Thanks
