No one ever answered or responded I'm still waiting on my refund

The staff made my stay not so fun. The rudeness became unbearable. Asking questions seemed to bother them. Check in is at 3 but I was not about to get my room until 5. There was no attempt to make amends. I just had to deal with it. Not recommended. Will not be going to this location again.

El lugar es espectacular me gustó la habitación el servicio. La pisicina la playa. En general estuve satisfecha. Solo la comida algunos días no me gusto. Los entretenimiento como el bowling y los demás también. Recomendaría este precioso hotel a los que quieren un relax y disfrutar sus vacaciones.

This property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. My only concern was they only give you 2 wash cloths at a time. They also should do better with birthdays. Other places decorate your room. I wax celebrating my birthday and they left a cupcake with a note

Will be returning back! Food and drinks were delicious. Don’t skip the cafe shop as the coffee and icecream were delicious as well! Everyone is friendly and just a vibe! I will be returning back
