Efficient, euro-tourism hotel. Clean but minimalist.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent especially the front desk. I arrived much earlier than expected and was offered a room immediately. Very accommodating.

Was in town for a concert and the hotel was clean and close to the stadium!!

The level I was on was being renovated- There was a guy working right in the area of my room so it would wake me on the weekend. The day of my checkout I was woken up to find out when I would be leaving my room by room service staff. I had to remind the staff to give me coupons for breakfast, which wasnt great and definitely not worth $18 a day. They have parking, but its $42 a night. It was ridiculous. Its pet friendly, but there isnt any where really for you to take your dog except about a few blocks away. The garage would have partial flooding due to rain in the area and wouldn't drain right...place is a hot mess..they also charged me twice for my dog and I had to call back and have it corrected. So make sure to review your receipt!
