When I got into DC I had an issue with a parking garage that left a really sour note to my intro. The woman that helped me at the front desk was really great and helped turn that experience around. She was super helpful and even gave me a free drink ticket and directions to nearby attractions. The hotel itself was very modern and had cool features like controlling climate, blinds, lighting and tv from an iPad. The gym was also really well stocked. Gave 5 stars

My Fiancé And I Had A Great Stay At CitizenM! The Room Was Cool, Comfortable, And Had Everything We Needed. I Really Loved The Technology In The Room — You Can Control Pretty Much Everything From The iPad, Including The Blinds, Lighting, Temperature, And More. The Staff Were Also Very Friendly, Welcoming, And Helpful Throughout Our Stay. We Had A Lot Of Fun And Would Definitely Stay Here Again!
