Love this hotel . Our first room had a AC problem they bought someone promptly , they weren’t able to fix it but they gave an another room right away , no issues at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful . Valet was fast and kind . The location was great around a lot of stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again !

Overall this was a nice hotel that was conveniently located around the corner from the Metro Rail. Staff were super friendly and helpful. A couple cons to this stay, was the rooms are in need of a freshen up/maintenance as wallpaper was separating at the seems. Also, we encountered numerous individuals begging for money outside the hotel each time we were coming and going.
