The staff was great, the hotel was very clean and nice, the location is perfect. But it’s an old hotel, the elevators are very slow, there are no exhaust fans in the restrooms, the mini fridge makes an unstoppable running water noise, there is no magnifying mirror; like I said, it’s an old hotel.

The hotel was very conveniently located, with a short walk to the national mall and museums. Valet parking was very nice, the only issue we had one night we didn’t have hot water for showers. Inconvenient yes but a deal breaker absolutely not. Would definitely stay again.
