Las habitaciones están muy bien, a 25 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, y a 15 minutos andando de la Universidad de Leicester, justo al lado se encuentra el Blues bar and grill, con unas hamburguesas muy buenas y una execelente atención, también disponen de más platos, carnes, hot dogs, etc.”

“The bed was very comfortable, my room did not face the main road so was nice and quiet. The room was basic but ok for a short stay; the TV worked, there was some storage space and the shower was hot if needed. There was no kettle etc and it would have been nice to have a fan at least because it was incredibly hot in the room (I stayed when temperatures were above 25 degrees).”

When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!). “Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”
