The stay was very comfortable The young lady who was on the desk helped with a sensitive situation several of us The place is clean and the staff very professional
The hostel in itself is pretty bad ass. Pool table, huge common area. Awesome People from all over the globe. South Beach in itself is gutter trash :)
Amazing staff! Thank you to Douvy, for helping me with my reservation and for making me feel at home!
The staff is amazing, is very clean and a perfect location. I really loved all.
Good for the price. Can't flush toilet paper down the toilet.
Spent the night here before a snorkel tour in Key Largo and was not disappointed. This is not one of those cookie cutter motels, it has a great unique and charming character. Spent the night swimming in a spring fed pool and hanging out in a tree house. Don't know too many other hotels I can say ...
It was perfect I like it I feel like I was home thank you I wish I can come back soon
I was pleasantly surprised staying in the crates. I have never stayed in a hostel but knew those participar rooms would be a similar experience as staying in one. I think I read on their page they described it as the “anti hostel.” The staff was nice and the simple breakfast included was a nice bonus. ...
Second time staying here great location nice staff clean room a block from the beach I enjoyed my stay
Love the Rock Hostel 2 blocks from the beach. Happy staff met a lot of new people. Great location on Collins Ave. Orginally was booked for the Sobe Hoatel. Please dont stay at the Sobe Hostel, they would not honor my teservation through Orbitz. Orbitz moved me to the Rock Hostel and paid for it. ...
Very nice people. They took good care of me. Exceptional location.
1) This is the only hotel that charged on top of what Hotels.com has shown me (likely an additional daily cleaning fee). And the charge was made to my credit card without informing me. I've found it later on my credit card statement. 2) I reserved a room with private bathroom, but they ran out of ...
Travel is all about experiences, whether you’re trekking across the world or just miles away from home. And while you may think of backpacking students when cheap hostels come to mind, modern-day hostels appeal to a much more diverse group of people. Hostels are traditionally beloved as a great way to meet fellow travelers and as a more affordable option to hotels. They’re the perfect place to rest for the night and then get up and go on your next day of exploring Miami and beyond.
It’s customary for hostels to contain multiple bunk beds in a dorm-style room to be shared with friends (or strangers). So, can couples stay in hostels? The short answer is yes. Some of the best hostels in the world (and maybe even in Miami) are private room hostels that feature larger beds and more privacy. There are even bookable accommodations that offer family hostel rooms that provide even more space. Hostels are more commonly found internationally, but USA hostels are beginning to pop up around the country.
If secluded quarters and quiet accommodations are a priority to you during your travels, there are boutique and luxury hostels that offer upgraded private rooms, elevated décor, and higher end amenities. It’s possible to get the affordability and energy of a hostel with some elements of privacy that you’d usually only find by staying in a hotel.
