Great location. Historic hotel with lots of character. Room was comfortable and bathroom large. Main issue is the single elevator that is very slow and very busy when the bar on the 5th floor is open. The hotel is pricey for what you get.

Great location, friendly staff, lots of parking options

The hotel itself was lovely as were the staff I dealt with. However, the bistro in the hotel, Bar 20, was another story. The food was awful. I ordered lasagne. It was obviously frozen and pre packed. When it arrived it was burned and rock hard. The portion size was tiny, not much bigger than a drink’s coaster. Another guest who had ordered the lasagne spoke with me as she too, had ordered the lasagne and was of the same opinion. There was only one staff member working in the bar/bistro.
