A basic hotel: nothing particularly luxurious. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Beds were comfy. The shower was wonderful!!! One small criticism was that there was a coffee maker in the room but no option for the tea-drinkers among us. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly. I booked two rooms and smelled a strange odor in one of them. The front desk clerk was a very nice man. Thank you for your warm service. He immediately helped me change to a new room without hesitation. The room was very comfortable and the children had a lot of fun. I like this hotel very much. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Quebec.

I must say, the personnel was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby corridor towards elevators smell, combination of sewer and scent, They are remodeling too. Rooms clean, comfortable, bad pillows, good coffee.
