I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Stayed two nights, hotel is pretty new and very clean, our room is quite big and front desk staffs are very nice and helpful. Very close to a mall and RTC bus runs from old town Quebec to walking distance to the hotel. Cons: wait time for elevator can be a bit long and indoor parking lot space is a bit too tight, but outdoor parking is available.

We didn't remember the check-in time is 4pm. Since we arrived early, the staff let us access the indoor pool to kill the time while we were waiting. We are happy with our room: a king with a murphy bed. The murphybed is a king size too. The location is not close to old downtown, but is close to new attractions with many convenient shops.
