We loved our stay, amazing pool area and jaccuzzi. The whole environment felt like resort at the pool area. Loved night time live music and good singers. Things were concerning the smell around the rooms and room were not renovated, rooms were not sound proof, we could hear outside loading truck sounds early in the morning on first day.

Feels like going to a resort. They have activities for the whole day for kids and adults. Have buffet breakfast and dinner or can order a la carte. Food is great. All the staffs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Kids had so much fun at the activities, the pool, the indoor and outdoor playground. The only thing is there is construction near the hotel that google map did not mark, use waze and it will take you there.

Really love the kid-friendly vibe of this hotel. My kid wanted to stay in the hotel, rather than go out and explore. Highly recommend especially if you’re travelling with kids. The location is just a little out of the way, and we had to take a 10-20 min Uber to get anywhere. The restaurant was really good too, and sufficient for our needs.

The positives were clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. The restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. The kids loved the soft serve ice cream. The pool was a bit disappointing. While the indoor tropical atmosphere was neat, the actual size of the pool is small for the number of guests at the hotel. For the hot tub, young kids were in it despite a sign saying no kids under 6 so it was not a relaxing place for the adults. My kids, ages 10 and 12 felt like the atmosphere of the hotel caters to younger kids (ie. Less than 8). They still had fun but I would only recommend this hotel to a family with younger children.
