From our check in to our check out, we had an excellent stay at this hotel. Front desk employees were so very helpful and answered any questions we may have had. We enjoyed the pool area as well and used it very night we were there. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.

Money was wasted, bathroom was so small and bath tub old and very high difficult for women/ older people to get in and out, there is no place to put /hang towels, bath tub curtain rods was poorly scrubbed, air conditioner was very noisy. Location is good, nearby good place to eat.

Hotel room was rough condition. Lipstick on a pig really.. just old room with new fixtures and furniture. Bed was hard. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Pool area was wildly cool. Wouldn’t stay here again as it was too motel like. But we completed our stay.

The room was simple but clean. The sheets were damp and the air conditioner wasn’t working well. The pool was nice. There was no breakfast included which was disappointing for the price. Overall nice hotel. Would stay again.

Location was good. Very small vanity in bathroom. No clothing storage. Very small fridge sitting on the floor. No microwave in the room, two were available in front desk with not table besides to place our food. Room cleaning just by 24 hours prior request. The room maybe was okay for a one night stay not for a few days. Not breakfast provided.

Room was very clean standard one for few days stay, but the swimming pool was not cleaned when we went for a swim. I felt a bit nauseating since it was stinking to be honest. The hotel has great amenities like Sauna, jacuzzi and also Boston Pizza was easily accessible through the hotel. It has enough parking space too.

The room was clean including the bathroom. However, we didn’t have a good night sleep because there was a machine that was intermittently keeps spinning loud and noisy. Staff were nice and helpful when asked. The floors have worn out carpets and parking spots were chaotic as there are no lines or marks as if park at your own risk. Pool was small but looks cozy. No breakfast included but nearby mall to eat.

Patient and professional staff. Clean room and apparently new hotel. However, there is no water fountain inside the gym, where drinking water is a necessity to provide relief on sweating during workouts, meanwhile there is no waster heater in the room, which would be better to be told by staff or by some introductions pamphlet in the room.

The room was cleaned and bed comfy. Slept great! The shower curtain and spit all over it and was so hold - it was shredded at the top and bottom. I ended buying a new curtain at dollar store… We were there a week. No noise issue, pool and hot tub were clean. Hallways runner down - good blue collar hotel! Don’t stay there for any special occasions.

The room was clean and tidy upon check in. Although, I was not able to find my rooms location (there is a separate building on the left called UniLofts) where they have some rooms. Initially my access card was not working but staff member was quick enough to come and help with the access. The pool area with hot sauna was the highlight of the hotel. The money is worth considering the location (30 mins to Old Quebec by Bus) and the hotels facilities.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny with no counter space. No rails around bathtub. No continental breakfast. Coffee maker with only two mugs provided for a 4 person room. The shampoo/conditioner provided is terrible. The good: the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool. You will need the hot-tub after sleeping on the too firm beds. Having Boston Pizza restaurant next door is handy. The room was clean, the bed clean. There is an elevator instead of stairs.

Tiny pool ...hot tub very murky,slippery,and too deep for shorter people. Property was not well maintained, overflowing garbage worn carpeting and 1st floor was absolutely disgusting. Dirty,shabby,and smelly. Budget priced when you use booking apps. Otherwise never pay hotel's price. Having said all that, it is great for kids.
