Todo el personal fue muy atento. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y todo funciona muy bien. Habitaciones limpias y bien aseadas. Lo recomiendo para una estancia en el centro de Cleveland, a solo 7 minutos a pie de Public Square.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

La habitación es muy amplia, es un edificio muy grande

Wifi went down so they wouldn't allow anyone to check in. We continued to be told it would take 45 minutes to fix for over four hours. All staff eventually abandoned the front desk to avoid about 50 angry customers who wanted a room. We were finally able to get a room at another hotel after midnight, not sure if anyone was ever able to get a room at The Westin. It was total chaos and The Westin was completely unprepared for this situation. There was no communication or organization from any of the staff. We were told we'd be refunded, but we'll see.
