The staff was exceptional. Some how Experien had me booked for 0ne night with two rooms but the staff worked it out with out costing me for the extra room. Not sure what happened but the property is top of the line when it comes to staff and cleanliness.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Just don't be late to breakfast or you'll get scraps! But, for me, not having a microwave in the room, was a deal breaker. I sometimes, like to have popcorn while watching a movie. And I'd rather not have to get dressed to go find a microwave. So, for that reason, Hyatt Place would not be a first choice for me! Marcia
