“Dice que el servicio de piscina inicia a las 9 am pero en realidad no es así, las piscinas estaban cerradas y sucias”

“Todo el personal fue muy atento. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y todo funciona muy bien. Habitaciones limpias y bien aseadas. Lo recomiendo para una estancia en el centro de Cleveland, a solo 7 minutos a pie de Public Square.”

“Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

“Disappointed as it said resort, but the rooms weren’t clean the elevators didn’t work. The pool was dirty. The towels didn’t match. The room was fine but the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was busted. I would not recommend.”
