We stayed at Sonesta in mid May of this year. We had many family members staying there in different rooms. Malak, the manager at Sonesta was very helpful and accommodating. He was responsive for change request, which we truly appreciated. The lobby area and outside porch was great for a large group such as ours to congregate. We also enjoyed Vine and Forge, the restaurant there. The staff were excellent, the food was great, and the bar/restaurant area had great atmosphere. It was also very convenient to be able to dine within the Hotel. Christian our waiter our last evening provided great service, had very good recommendations, and was very enjoyable to talk with. Thanks to everyone at Sonesta for making a family gathering such an enjoyable experience.

I had an issue with check in and the bathroom shower. At check in, my card was charged 3x’s and an unnecessary fee was added. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only issue I had which the hotel has no control over was the noise from street. We walked to nationwide area and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was great too.
