We stayed one night at the Westin Cleveland Downtown. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 children (ages 9 and 7). Overall, the room was very nice. The bathroom was small, but beautiful. The shower was tiled and absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that it was very slow to drain, I’m not sure if it was clogged, but with 4 people to shower, we had to take long breaks between showers so that the water could drain out. Parking was confusing and a bit difficult, but the Valets were very helpful and kind once we got it figured out. The bellman, Cam, was very kind and helpful with our luggage upon checkout. Overall, if we needed to return to Cleveland, we would stay here again, and would recommend it to others.
