I stayed at this property on 5/5 & 5/6. The Columbus area was packed with guest for the golf tournament and a major volley ball tournament. I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. I had the opportunity to talk to the GM MO (Mohamed). He genuinely cares about people, his guest and the success of this hotel. While the property is dated, it is super clean, the pool was well maintained, and my room was comfortable. I will stay here again, and for the money you cannot beat the value the staff provides.

The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were both very clean. The kitchen was under renovation and was closed, so no breakfast was offered. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on. The room had a nice working coffee pot and refrigerator though.

We loved our stay here. We came from the UK and were very happy with everything. The Hotel is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. There is a pool, gym and jacuzzi available for use 24/7. The bed was so comfy and the room service staff kept things nice and tidy. There was always someone working towards upkeep, maintenance and cleaning during the day. Gardening staff busy making sure the outside looked perfect. We will definitely return.

This property is great because of affordability and a nice staff. It is quite old and a bit rundown, but perfectly acceptable place to stay. I slept really well! I will say that there was very little hot water available for the shower, which made me sad but is what it is.

Location was excellent, staff was great…the Expedia app said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast…electrical outlets and faucets in rooms were non functional. Water leaks from ceiling, the water in the showers would go hot to cold and just keep cycling. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the property should be held accountable with the prices you guys charge, it shouldn’t be an issue with getting things fixed.

I had my room rented and paid for 8 months in advance. But when the hotel realized there was a big show in town and they would lose money, they decided to lose my reservation as well as several other people's and left me in the lurch. "No room" & "nothing we can do ". However, the front desk person was left there by their self on one of the busiest days for that hotel and they were very nice and courteous.
