Hotel is really nice. Staff was super friendly. A few things in the room could use some updating but overall, very pleased. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly but check-in was confusing. We had to redo the sign in three times. The initial room we were assigned was occupied when we entered it. Elevator smelled smoky. Room was clean. Only one hand towel provided.

The location was great. The facilities were terrible. Pool closed. ‘Breakfast’ was just a granola bar one day. Another, it was packs of instant oatmeal - no bowls and no spoons. Room for two had one set of towels, few pillows, had to ask for coffee. Had to ask for cups. Had to ask for towels.

The room was dirty. Not swept under or behind the beds. And there were 3 used condom wrappers on the closet shelf along with more trash in our room. Or reservation was for 3 people but there was only 1 towel in the room. Plus I had to go down to the lobby to get sheets for the hide away bed. But the only extra pillows they had were dirty. The elevators and halls were dirty with hands and finger prints all over like the place had not been cleaned for days. It was the worse limited continental breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Packaged mini muffins, dry oatmeal, granola bars, coffee or hot chocolate- no juice. There was some yogurt but no fruit or hot food. Staff was friendly however.

The property was decent, the bed & room was nice, but the bed was like sleeping on bricks it was so hard & uncomfortable.Pillows had no fluff at all..You would need at least 6 of those to be comfortable when sleeping.. Toilet was so low it was like sitting on a toddler potty..Elevators were filthy..

It was out of breakfast food. Only had 2 muffins left. And water was not draining after a shower. It was up around your ankles while showering. That was not good. But room was very clean

We had ants in the bathroom. The floors were in need of a good scrubbing. And throughout the hotel and the elevator, the floors need attention. The windows definitely needed cleaning. Downstairs in the main lobby, it was pretty clean; but the hallways need cleaned. And the staff during the morning were very friendly. Check-in person when we arrived was not very friendly. I told him that my husband was hard of hearing and he still didn't speak up. (My husband was wearing his hearing aids at the time--even I had a hard time hearing him) This made us very uncomfortable. Made us feel very unwelcome also.

Overall nice, dirty feet, and no grab and go br.

The staff were very friendly. I wish I could give 5 stars but after exiting the shower only to see 30 mins later that I had black feet due to the carpet, I was disappointed. The breakfast was grab and go which I was okay with, I wasn’t okay with the limited options and one of the mornings during breakfast hours to find only 2 boiled eggs and coffee.
