This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It consistently is super clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Hartville Flea Market and great food and shops. We stay here several times a year for a weekend getaway and have never been disappointed.

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a variety of items to chose from. In regard to the shower, I’d recommend you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as it is very difficult to get out- other than that, a great place to stay! We will be back!

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was as expected, nice variety of hot & cold items, fresh fruit, drinks and packaged to-go items. The hotel was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, there are many restaurants in the town but one right next door within walking distance as well as shopping. Housekeeping is by request only, which I don't like very much. We were there for 5 nights and automatically received housekeeping after the 4th night. The towels are replenished everyday.

Room was clean, bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was good. The only complaint we had were the people in the room next to us. They were so loud it didn’t seem like there was a wall separating our room and their room. Walls seemed so thin.
