Location was excellent & staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hallway had a funky smell, the carpet in our room had wet spots, and we found one bed bug, evidence of bed bug and got bites.

I had a horrible experience at this property. The first room I checked into toilet paper was used and the bed sheets had not been changed. The second room I moved to, had no hot water. Only service recovery given was vouchers for breakfast each day. My total for 3 nights was $645. Was not worth the money. Highly disappointed.

Only thing we would suggest is to install a fan in the bathroom. It took about 15 minutes for the mirror to clear enough to be useable. Otherwise this was an excellent choice and the desk attendant was friendly and enthusiastic about her job!!! Thanks so much for all your kindness.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The carpet in the room was very old and smelled. The plastic wrapped glass wine glass had lipstick stains on it !!

The hotel initially seemed clean and well maintained, but unfortunately, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Seeing a cockroach completely ruined my experience and honestly affected my entire day. I also noticed that the blankets seemed to have a strong perfume smell, which made me question whether they had been properly changed between guests. The staff was polite and the service was average, but unfortunately, the cleanliness issue was a major disappointment. I believe the hotel needs to pay much more attention to pest control and the proper cleaning and changing of bedding.

Don't end up in the hospital and try to cancel your reservation before you're actually supposed to check-in. They won't do it. I would never book here again. Try being good humans.
