Honestly not too sure how this hotel has an "excellent" rating. I wasn't very impressed. We got into our room and there was someone else's trash still in one of the trash cans. The pool was freezing and the water was cloudy. The towels that they provided in the pool area were TINY and there were only 3 or 4 available for use. When I went to take a shower, they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was very nice, however when I went to use the conditioner and the body wash, they were empty. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but I wasn't very impressed and probably wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Had a room booked for 4, K with sleeper sofa. Had no bedding for sofa-had to go to desk to retrieve it, room only had 2 bath towels and hot tub was lukewarm. I would have thought the hotel would have been a little bit nicer. Found a lighter laying around in the room with some change on the floor.
