Pacific Estates Vacation Packages for 2026

Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed numerous times at Sea Air and the rooms are always very clean. Staff is quick to accommodate any needs. The front desk personnel is very welcoming. One minor complaint would be the sitting chairs in the accessibility rooms. They are cute, but not sturdy for large adults. Better comfy chairs would be great. All in all, great hotel at the right price.

The perfect hotel for an overnight stay in beautiful Morro Bay! Rooms are small but renovated nicely, everything is clean and well kept. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to downtown and local restaurants and bars. Directly across the street is a fantastic local spot for an early morning breakfast before you start your day. The only downside is how thin the walls are, with this being an old hotel that has been renovated. Easy to hear conversations coming from the room next door. We have stayed multiple times, I would recommend asking for an upstairs room!

Loved the greenscape and flowers rooms older but clean the restaurants walking distance very good. I totally enjoyed my stay from fireplace in room to firepit outside and smores at checking for purchase. Great mini vacation spot
